China shares Monday close up

China shares closed up Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index jumping 80.80 points or 2.70 percent to close at 3,076.65.

The Shenzhen Component Index surged 418.49 points or 3.40 percent to close at 12,715.65.
