Dollar at upper 93 yen in Tokyo

The US dollar traded at the upper 93 yen level on Thursday in Tokyo.

At 5:00 p.m., the dollar bought 93.76-79 yen, against 94.18-28 yen in New York and 93.46-47 yen in Tokyo at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro was quoted at 1.4094-4097 dollars and 132.17-21 yen, compared with 1.4101-4111 dollars and 132.90-133.00 yen in New York and 1.4048-4050 dollars and 131.30-34 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday.
